Ingredients
- 2 Amla
- 200 gm bottle gourd with skin,
- 4 leaves of Spinach
- Mint leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger & lime for taste
- Black salt or chat masala.
Method:
- Wash all the vegetables well.
- In a blender riser add all the vegetables and little water for mixing
- Add ginger, lemon juice, chat masala or black salt for taste.
- Add water while blende rising so much so that its drinkable consistency.
- Grind it fine and drink it fresh without straining
