• 2 Amla
• 200 gm bottle gourd with skin,
• 4 leaves of Spinach
• Mint leaves
• Coriander Leaves
• Curry Leaves
• Ginger & lime for taste
• Black salt or chat masala
- Wash all the vegetables well.
- In a blender, riser add all the vegetables and little water for mixing
- Add ginger, lemon juice, chat masala or black salt for taste.
- Add water while blende rising so much so that its drinkable consistency.
- Grind it fine and drink it fresh without straining
