To Control Blood fat do as follows: –

    • Avoid fried and sweet articles.
    • Avoid Tobacco, Alcohol, Beer in any form.
    • Take lots of salad, sprouted methi (30 gm/day).
    • Take fish oil supplementation.
    • Limit your daily consumption of oil+ ghee+ butter to less then 20 gms/ day
    • Walk for 30 minutes in morning and evening.
