1. Fruit Salad


  • Coconut milk
  • Almonds
  • Dates
  • Cashew
  • Banana
  • Cardamom
  • Few fruits of your choice


  1. In coconut milk, add few almonds, few dates, cashew and a banana. Blendrise this mixture.
  2. To the above thick milk obtained add few chopped fruits.
  3. Add cardamom for taste.
  4. Can be served chilled.
